Responsibilities Day to day supervision of the conveyancing team, including prompt provision of technical advice and support; Supporting and advising team members on conveyancing transactions; Handling a caseload of Private Client, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing transactions; Advising clients on property sales and purchases conveyancing transactions; Liaising with other solicitors on residential property transactions; Working closely with an expanding team of solicitors, paralegals and legal assistants; Supervising day-to-day cashroom functions; Assisting in complex queries relating to anti-money laundering and source of funds compliance checks; Liaising with third party suppliers involved in the conveyancing process.
