We're looking to expand our pool of reliable, adaptable, and enthusiastic Supply Teachers with QTS for day-to-day cover, short-term assignments, and longer-term placements.

This role is ideal for teachers who value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, while continuing to make a real difference in the classroom-without the ongoing pressure of planning and marking.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons (your subject specialism used wherever possible)
• Provide general cover across other subjects when required
• Maintain positive behaviour and a productive learning environment
• Adapt confidently to different schools and classroom settings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) in any secondary subject
• Teachers open to flexibility beyond their main specialism
• Strong classroom management and a professional, positive approach
• Confident, reliable, and adaptable practitioners

• Competitive daily rates: £140-£160 (day-to-day) and higher rates for longer-term roles, paid weekly
