Key responsibilities for the Music Teacher:
- Lead engaging and creative music lessons across KS3 to KS5
- Work collaboratively within a small, dedicated 4-person music department
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
- Support the progress and attainment of all pupils in music
- Confidently teach and support students with SEND
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding student progress
- Bring a proactive and flexible approach to lesson planning and delivery
- Contribute to school performances, concerts, and extra-curricular activities
- Help shape the future of the department as a Music Teacher
