This is a 1 year fixed term contract, with the potential to become permanent. We have a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join the Connexional Team. We are offering an interesting and varied opportunity to support the work of the Connexional Team and the wider Methodist Church. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the core operational IT infrastructure, underpinning all services both internally and externally in a responsive and customer-focused manner. About You Proven experience supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms and software, including but not limited to: Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 11, Office 365 and MS 365, Backup, Monitoring/SNMP, SMTP/Exchange, Web Server/IIS, Dell Servers and storage, Printers/Papercut, Experience in server administration, database administration and application support. Experienced in IT support services and ticketing, as well as laptop and mobile phone support and networking configuration. Senior Game Producer

Overview As a Senior Game Producer at Fanatics Game Studios (FGS), you will lead the creation of world-class online casino content that is exclusive to Fanatics. This role is at the heart of our dual content strategy - producing bespoke titles with our in house development team on our proprietary Remote Game Server (RGS) and delivering custom games in partnership with leading third party studios. You will oversee projects from concept to launch, ensure alignment with our strategic roadmap, and help shape the future of FGS's exclusive game portfolio. The Senior Game Producer is both a master organizer and a creative driver - ensuring games are innovative, high quality, and delivered on schedule, while building strong relationships across engineering, design, art, QA, marketing, analytics, and external partners. You will also play a key role in defining and executing the broader product strategy, leveraging data, research, and player insights to keep our games ahead of the market. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of game production for both in house and third party exclusive titles, from initial concept through launch and post release optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for third party studios, managing schedules, deliverables, and quality standards. Collaborate with in house engineering, art, design, and QA teams to produce games on FGS's proprietary RGS platform. Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage feature backlogs related to games and supporting features. Overview As a Senior Game Producer at Fanatics Game Studios (FGS), you will lead the creation of world-class online casino content that is exclusive to Fanatics. Within the area of responsibility leads the end-to-end sourcing and contract administration process, including developing Requests for Quotes (RFQ's), supplier bid evaluations, negotiations, contracting and supplier relationship management. Manages the supplier relationship within the area of responsibility including supplier development, integration and supplier performance evaluation while promoting company social responsibility goals. Supports the Supplier Management Qualification process for assigned suppliers and participate in cross functions teams as appropriate to ensure that goods and services changes are introduced via the correct change process, including regulatory, validation, discontinuations, and product launches. Accountable for category savings targets and performance measures. Reviews specifications and Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure assigned goods and services ordered meet the required quality standards. Provide a range of data and reports to Senior Management on procurement and inventory activity to allow management, budgetary and expense reviews to be carried out. Support the development of strategies to minimize business risk within the sourcing and procurement process, including where appropriate the use of supplier agreements and disaster recovery planning.
