Working closely with the Head of Finance & Business Services, this role ensures the charity has strong internal systems, efficient processes, and compliant practices that enable staff to deliver services effectively and compassionately. This role will support the whole organisation in both the office setting and our remote workers across England and Wales. Key responsibilities: Business Services and Operations Support the Head of Finance & Business Services in the effective running of business functions including HR, IT, governance, and office management.
