Commercial Growth and ARR Scaling Opportunity The company created this role to professionalise and scale the commercial function. In response, you will build a predictable, board ready sales engine, improve forecasting accuracy and strengthen pipeline discipline. In addition, you will establish a clear and consistent operating rhythm across the sales organisation. Critically, you will lead the enterprise go to market strategy. This responsibility includes taking new products to market and defining how pricing, packaging, cross sell and bundling operate across a complex and sophisticated customer base.
