What will make you successful in this role? To be successful in this role you will ideally be RICS qualified (or equivalent) with 3+ years in commerical property Management. You will have excellent knowledge of industry standards of process and procedures including quality assurance requirements together with technical expertise. You will be commercially and financially astute with experience of the industrial and office property markets. You will have the ability to influence and negotiate to achieve the most beneficial outcome to MAG with lease contract negotiations, with proven experience communicating effectively at various levels up and down an organisation in a style appropriate to the audience.
