Chief Executive - LawCare
Russam
The Organisation LawCare is the mental health charity for the legal sector, providing free, confidential emotional support and information to people working in law across the UK, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. While our primary focus is on direct support services, we also play a leading role in advocating for improved mental health practices within legal workplaces and driving cultural transformation through education, training, and research. Established in 1997, we have spent almost 30 years supporting legal professionals by offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to talk, whether individuals are experiencing day-to-day pressures or more complex, enduring challenges. Our team of Champions, over 100 volunteers, and staff bring lived experience of the legal sector, enabling us to provide informed, empathetic support grounded in a deep understanding of the profession's unique demands. We serve all branches of the legal community, including barristers, solicitors, in-house teams, chartered legal executives, and business and support staff. From early-career professionals facing bullying or imposter syndrome to senior leaders managing risk, regulatory pressures, or professional isolation, we are a trusted and independent source of support. In addition to our direct support services - including helpline, live online chat, and email support - we provide peer support and maintain a substantial, regularly updated online library of resources, including articles, personal stories, research, and multimedia content designed to promote mental health awareness and resilience across the sector. We also deliver training on mental wellbeing, management and supervision, vicarious trauma, and the new SRA workplace behaviour standards, and offer online sessions for legal workplaces and organisations to explain the support we provide. By combining frontline service delivery with sector-wide advocacy, LawCare is uniquely positioned at the intersection of individual wellbeing and organisational cultural change. We are supported by a strong, capable team and a committed Board of Trustees, enabling us to continue making a meaningful impact across the legal profession. Head of Total Rewards
Hunt
SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is costing the world >$10 trillion annually and growing by 15% p.a. - we invite you to be part of the solution! Role Overview We are looking for a Head of Total Rewards to own and evolve our global compensation, benefits, and recognition practices across a fast-growing SaaS environment. This is a hands-on, high impact role for someone who moves fluidly between analytics and executive conversations, someone who is genuinely excited to use AI and modern tooling to bring clarity, speed, and precision to compensation decisions, not just to report on them. You will align our reward strategy with business objectives, ensure competitiveness and fairness across markets, and own the AI and data infrastructure that underpins how we make pay decisions. You will partner closely with Finance, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership, playing a key role in building employee trust through transparency, equity, and intelligent use of data. What Will Make You Successful Here You think like a systems designer. You build scalable, tech enabled processes that outlast any single decision or cycle, and you're always asking how the infrastructure can do more of the heavy lifting. You are AI-first by default. You reach for intelligent tooling to take the repetition off your plate, so your energy stays where it matters most: strategy, judgment, and influence. You're energised by ambiguity. You don't need a perfect brief to get started, and you find the process of building from scratch more motivating than inheriting something finished. You are compliance aware without being compliance led. You understand the regulatory landscape across our markets, anticipate what's coming, and build it into your thinking early rather than retrofitting it later. You challenge with data. When something doesn't add up, you say so constructively, with evidence, and with a point of view on what to do instead. You see compensation as both a fairness mechanism and a performance lever, and you can make that case to a CFO and an IC in the same week. You communicate with precision and range as comfortable walking an employee through a pay decision as you are presenting a business case to the executive team. What You Will Own 1. Total Rewards Philosophy & Governance Define and maintain SoSafe's total rewards philosophy - where we lead, match, or lag the market by role and geography. Establish clear governance around pay decisions and exceptions, ensuring consistency and accountability. Partner with Finance to keep reward programs financially sustainable and tied to business planning cycles. Own the AI tooling roadmap for the Total Rewards function identifying, implementing, and iterating on tools that automate benchmarking, flag equity risks, and surface compensation insights in real time. You bring discipline, visibility, and intelligent automation to one of the company's largest cost bases: payroll. 2. Compensation Architecture Own global job architecture and levelling frameworks. Design and maintain salary ranges across markets using intelligence platforms (e.g. Mercer Comptryx, Radford, Pave, Ravio) enhanced by AI driven analysis. Lead annual and mid-year compensation cycles with structured, tech-enabled workflows. Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide dynamic offer guidance and proactively prevent pay compression. Use predictive analytics to identify internal equity risks and retention hotspots before they become problems. Support the design and governance of bonus and incentive programs aligned to performance and business priorities. You ensure pay decisions are consistent, competitive, and informed by both human judgement and intelligent data systems. 3. Pay Transparency & Equity Lead SoSafe's readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, owning the roadmap, the analysis, and the reporting. Conduct regular pay equity analyses; identify risks proactively and drive remediation. Equip managers with clear, practical guidance on how pay is determined and how employees progress. Build the internal narrative around pay that employees and leaders can trust. Transparency is a core outcome of this role - not a compliance task. 4. Benefits & Recognition Own and continuously optimise benefits programs across our key markets (Germany, UK, Ireland, Portugal, France, Spain). Use data and AI driven insights to assess utilisation and reallocate spend toward high impact offerings. Partner with the wider People team to build recognition programs that reinforce performance, values, and intrinsic motivation - not just cash. Benefits and recognition should be both human centred and economically rational. 5. Decision Support & Communication Provide structured, confident guidance to HRBPs and business leaders on complex compensation cases. Translate market data and internal analytics into clear, actionable recommendations. Present compensation strategy and insights in business language to the leadership team and CEO. In partnership with our L&D team, you will design and deliver training for managers on reward philosophy and practice. You simplify complexity and build trust. What We're Looking For 5-8 years of experience in Compensation / Total Rewards within a high-growth tech or SaaS environment, ideally multi-country and European in scope. Strong experience with job architecture and salary band design across multiple countries. Hands on familiarity with compensation platforms (e.g. Mercer Comptryx, Radford, Pave, Ravio, or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and analytics tools to improve efficiency, insight quality, and governance, not just for reporting, but for forward-looking decisions. Experience leading annual compensation cycles end-to-end. Solid working knowledge of the EU Pay Transparency Directive and European pay equity practices. Strong analytical skills paired with executive-level communication ability. Comfortable building structure and process in an environment where it doesn't yet fully exist. Experience working with HiBob would be beneficial but is not essential. What we offer Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. Chief of Staff, CEO Office
Proximie Limited City Of Westminster, London
Proximie is on a mission to improve healthcare by transforming the world's operating rooms into connected ecosystems of people, devices, and data. Our Intelligence Suite transforms operating room (OR) performance, keeping teams in sync and workflows on track to maximise throughput. Simultaneously our computer vision and AI capabilities capture real time data and detect surgical events - improving quality of data outputs. The result: ORs are optimised like never before - with predictive analytics and automated notifications ensuring patients and staff are in the right place at the right time. Once practitioners are in the OR, our Surgical Suite enables real time remote access and creates a secure video record of every procedure; improving training, education, and collaboration. It is an intuitive asset which helps instil a culture of continuous learning, accelerates the adoption of cutting edge medical devices, and enhances surgical performance across the entire global workforce - improving outcomes and saving lives. Proximie was commercialised in 2019 and is available in over 500 facilities globally. Position Overview The Chief of Staff, CEO Office will report directly to Proximie's Founder and CEO, Dr. Nadine Hachach Haram, and will be responsible for the management of the Office of the CEO. You will work directly with Nadine on the things that sit at the intersection of strategy, culture, and commercial momentum - genuinely sharing in her responsibilities as CEO. This is not an operational cadence or executive assistant role. Proximie has strong leaders in Product, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Operations who own the rhythm of the business and the operating cadence that many Chiefs of Staff spend most of their time on (board meetings, leadership meetings, OKRs, and the like) is well covered. Equally, with an exceptional EA in the CEO office and a genuinely talented executive team that Nadine delegates a lot to, those bases are well covered. What this role is about is what remains: the harder, more ambiguous work that sits at the centre of Nadine's role as CEO - the things that only she should be doing, and that we need another exceptional person to help extend the reach of. This role offers one of the broadest and most accelerated learning experiences in health tech - working at the side of a female pioneer of the global healthtech community. Responsibilities Strategic signal and pattern recognition - live close to the front lines, converse with customers, work with commercial teams, synthesize data, and provide clear strategic insight to Nadine and the leadership team. Cross functional programme management - take ownership of the CEO's highest priority strategic initiatives, translate vision into actionable programmes, drive accountability across teams, and ensure follow through. Culture and high performance scaling - build and embed frameworks, behaviours, and leadership principles that define great at Proximie, ensuring every new hire understands what we do, how, and why. Executive relationship management - support Nadine in building and deepening senior relationships with health system executives, MedTech partners, and strategic accounts that require CEO level engagement, representing Proximie with credibility and care. Who You Are You have at least 6+ years of experience, likely in management consulting, investment banking, a high growth startup, or a combination. You may have been in a Chief of Staff or senior strategy role before, or this may be the natural next step from a strong operational or advisory career. You are exceptionally clear in your thinking and your communication - written and verbal. You can distil complexity into simple, compelling narratives. You move fast and finish things. You don't need to be told twice, and you hold yourself to a high standard without needing external accountability. You are deeply curious about the business - customers, market, and what's working - and you're willing to find the answer rather than wait for it. You can work at both altitude and ground level. You're as comfortable shaping a strategic framework as you are turning it into a working document by end of day. You are someone people trust. You handle sensitive information with discretion and build relationships based on substance, not proximity to power. You care about the mission. Proximie is a company trying to improve healthcare outcomes globally. That means something to you. Why This Role, Why Now? Proximie is at an inflection point. The OR intelligence market is opening up, our platform is maturing, and the opportunity to set the standard for how ORs operate globally is real and immediate. Nadine leads this company with an intensity and a purpose that comes from having stood in an operating theatre and seen what broken healthcare looks like. This role is for someone who wants to learn from that, contribute to it, and be changed by it. In this role, you will sit at the centre of a scaling health tech company through one of its most consequential periods of growth. That is rare. We want someone who knows it. Why Work for Proximie? You will be encouraged to grow in your role, take ownership and gain responsibilities. Proximie's values are Ownership, Deliver Results, Build Trust and Go Beyond. Generous annual leave. Two "well being" days per year plus the day off for your birthday. "Summer Fridays" - early office closing on Fridays during summer months. Annual bonus programme - based on individual contribution. To support your professional growth, all permanent employees will have access to an annual stipend of £1,000 to assist with personal development activities. Flexible working hours - we trust our people to manage their time and focus on wider results. A flat organisational structure where every opinion matters, ideas are cultivated, and innovation is encouraged. Proximie is a truly global company with teams across the UK, Europe, United States and the Middle East - giving you opportunities to see the world. Proximie is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing a work environment that supports, inspires, and respects all individuals. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran status, or any other status protected under the law.
