You will also have developed sector knowledge (Life Sciences & Healthcare) In Transaction Services, you will have the opportunity to support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support them through events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. We help to deliver successful transaction outcomes through our data-driven insights and commercial acumen. Requirements: Good working knowledge of transaction services Life Sciences & Healthcare experience is preferred/would be an advantage Previous experience of managing teams Self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team, but can also work autonomously Excellent interpersonal skills Demonstrates a pro-active approach to continuous development ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or relevant work experience Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular, PowerPoint and Excel You'll be able to be yourself; we'll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
