The role also involves leading and developing a team of property professionals while ensuring best-in-class property management practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the strategy, operations, and performance of the freehold property portfolio. Deliver a high-quality property management service to clients, leaseholders, and stakeholders. Manage and develop a team of Property Managers and Administrators, driving a high-performance culture aligned with company KPIs and service standards.
