Tree Surgeon / De-Veg Operative - Highways Salary: 30,000- 45,000 + 50% night shift uplift Hours: Monday-Friday (Absolutely NO weekends! ) Type: Full-Time Ready to take your arboriculture career to the next level? We're expanding our Highways Vegetation Team in Cambridge and looking for motivated Tree Surgeons, Climbers, and De-Veg Operatives to join us. What You'll Be Doing Driving and operating tractors with flails to keep highways clear and safe Travelling between sites across public highways Performing daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery Working confidently within traffic-managed environments Recording work and site details using a tablet system Tree Surgeons/Climbers: carrying out high-quality arboricultural works safely and efficiently What We're Looking For Full UK Driving Licence ( B required , C1 desirable) Experience in arboriculture, highways, or vegetation management CSCS + CS30/31 certifications Safety Critical Medical Brushcutter qualification MEWP & FAAW+F (bonus points!)
