What we're looking for; - Experience of building a new business pipeline with customers. - Proven track record and business development experience selling waste/water/energy/FM contracts. - Developing proposals and winning tenders and bids. - Experience working in a large, matrix environment - Ability to develop business in line with a strategic plan. - Excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as stakeholder management. - Good level of commercial acumen and financial modelling. - Understanding of Veolia's offerings in water and energy. - Operational and Technical knowledge.
