Our client is expanding their services and looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and child-focused Registered Managers to help shape nurturing homes where young people can truly thrive. If youre ready to make a real impact, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will lead your own team and be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and enriching home for the children in your care. You will set the tone for the culture of the home, ensuring children receive high-quality care, positive role models, and a place they are proud to call home.
To support you in this vital role, we are offering a £5,000 relocation bonus for those who move to take up the position. Youll also benefit from a competitive salary and the ability to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly based on home occupancy and achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
