Mission Statement

We are looking for Programme Managers who can lead large-scale, business-side, SAP transformation programmes and bring structure, insight and confidence to clients facing complex change.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience of winning and delivering major SAP transformation programmes
  • A track record of building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships that lead to long-term trust and follow-on work
  • Experience managing multi-disciplined teams, including third-party vendors
  • The ability to develop and lead client teams (typically 5 10 people) while managing revenue, profitability and risks across each engagement
  • The ability to identify and attract high calibre talent to Resulting ('A Players').
The Role

We deliver a range of consulting services to our customers to help them to be more successful on their SAP journey, particularly when they lack clarity, direction, or confidence about what to do next. As the UK's leading, and best loved independent SAP consultancy, Resulting provides objective guidance, challenge and expertise without vendor bias.

As an experienced SAP Programme Manager, you will lead complex transformations across multiple workstreams. The role blends hands on delivery with programme assurance, stakeholder engagement and commercial / relationship management.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage programme and project timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks effectively
  • Act as the link between clients and Resulting teams, aligning delivery to business goals and programme objectives
  • Implement proactive risk and issue management and adapt plans when circumstances change
  • Champion continuous improvement and encourage curiosity and innovation in delivery approaches
  • Oversee SAP S/4HANA adoption and integration activities to ensure they are aligned with business needs rather than solely technical goals
  • Conduct regular governance reviews and status meetings to maintain transparency and assurance
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, enhancing communication and understanding of their business requirements.

You will need to combine a technical understanding of SAP transformation programmes with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You are curious, always seeking to understand your customer and improve ways of working. You are brave, willing to challenge constructively and have difficult conversations when needed, and you are present, able to create confidence and stability for clients facing uncertainty and change.

Additional Qualifications
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes, ideally involving S/4HANA
  • A track record of navigating complex delivery landscapes involving multiple vendors and stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at executive level
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset that will keep programmes moving
  • The ability to anticipate challenges early and guide teams toward effective solutions.
