We are looking for a Service Design and Transition Manager to deliver a seamless day to day User Experience and be responsible for the design and transition of Technology services delivered to meet business needs and perform to expected service levels across the region.
You will oversee the journey of transitioning applications, technologies and solutions in production/live state, particularly Service Definition, Design, Transition and Catalogue Management.
As Service Design and Transition Manager, you will also work closely with the Application, Project and Infrastructure teams and successfully deliver and implement new and updated technology services and solutions across the UK/EU and will work to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will have a background in IT Service Management as well as ITSM toolsets and be passionate about Service Design and Transition.
You will have a track record of providing outstanding customer service, managing, and delivering projects consistently into a live environment within deadlines and can demonstrate a proactive approach to continual service improvement and seeking to exceed customer expectations.
You must be a strong communicator, open minded, pro active, approachable, and open to ideas, learning and discussing new approaches as well as having conversations about everyday events.
