Were looking for a passionate Youth Tutor to support young people on their journey into education, training, and employment. In this rewarding role, youll design and deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one guidance, and help learners gain the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Youll be working with learners on the Jobs Growth Wales Plus (JGW+) programme supporting them to develop life skills, achieve qualifications, and progress into positive destinations.
What were looking for:
Experience as a tutor, trainer, or mentor working with young people (especially NEET learners)
A minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Strong communication, empathy, and motivational skills
Good Maths and English (GCSE C / Level 5 or above)
A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals
