A fast growing signage company are looking for aProduction Operator, producing high-quality signage, graphics, and displays for a wide range of clients. This role combinesdigital print productionwithhands-on fabrication, ensuring every sign meets the highest quality standards.
What Youll Do
- Operatewide-format printers, laminators, and cutters to produce signage, decals, and displays
- Prepare and manage artwork files usingAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and RIP software
- Perform finishing tasks such as laminating, trimming, mounting, hemming, and grommeting
- Assist withfabrication and assemblyof 3D lettering, illuminated signs, and panel systems
- Work with materials includingacrylic, aluminium composite panel (ACP), PVC, foam board, stainless steel, vinyl, and LEDs
- Apply printed and cut vinyl to sign panels and substrates
- Maintain equipment, manage materials, and ensure top-quality output
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements
What Youll Bring
- 2+ years experiencein signage production, large-format printing, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sign-making tools, materials, and fabrication methods
- Proficiency withAdobe Creative Suiteand print management software
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a workshop environment
Desirable Skills
- Experience inLED sign assembly, CNC routing, acrylic fabrication, or vinyl installation
- Forklift licence or workshop equipment certification

Days /Hours/Pay/Benefits
They operate between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The standard working day is 8.5 hours. Hours are flexible within these times as long 8.5 hours
£27kpa
Overtime available
