The machines in question are extremely reliable, making this role is less reactive and more planning based. The current team of four work closely together in order to deliver services to customers nationwide, seamlessly. Responsibilities Working in conjunction with the Team Leader to plan own work schedules. Day to day planning and activities for the Service Engineers. Contract service, breakdowns and spares order entry & invoicing. Quotes for parts and labour. Update Access and quote database, labour spreadsheet, Visual and BigChange. Van stocks, sales orders, replenishment orders etc. Preparation and distribution of new and renewal service contract quotes. What do you get in return?
