Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?


We are excited to be working with a specialist SEN school in Walsall, currently seeking a committed SEN Teacher to join their team. This full-time role is due to start in January 2026 and will run through to July 2026 and can become permanent for the right person.

The Role
  • Full-time SEN Teacher position

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress


About You
  • QTS preferred, though other relevant qualifications will be considered

  • Experience working with children with SEN, in mainstream or specialist settings

  • Strong understanding of adaptive teaching strategies and effective behaviour management

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational skills

  • A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting children with additional needs

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a primary school setting.
