Science Teacher - Walsall Area - January Start - Fixed-Term Contract

Are you a talented Science Teacher excited by the idea of teaching inquisitive learners and bringing practical science to life?

Academics are proud to be supporting a secondary school in Walsall, who are seeking a motivated Science Teacher - ideally with the confidence to deliver A-Level Physics - to join them from January for at least one full term, with the possibility of extension.

The Role:

• Full-time Science teaching position (Monday-Friday)
• Deliver KS3 & KS4 Science and ideally KS5 Physics
• Teach engaging, curriculum-focused lessons with practical opportunities
• Join a collaborative team with subject specialists and fantastic lab resources
• January start ? 1 term commitment, likely to extend into the academic year

We'd Love to Hear From Teachers Who

• Hold QTS/QTLS in Science (Physics specialists especially encouraged)
• Are comfortable teaching Physics at A-Level or are strong with GCSE higher-tier Physics
• Set high expectations, use strong behaviour routines and deliver purposeful lessons
• Are confident with practical demonstrations and investigative learning
• Have a DBS on the update service (or are happy to apply)
