The Role

Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We're looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our Rotherham Hospital Discharge service. The serviceofferscomprehensive housing-related support to adults on inpatient wards at Swallownest Court. This initiative is driven by our mission to facilitate successful reintegration into the community.

We're in search of an energetic, compassionate, and exceptional Senior Support Worker, who's driven by the desire to make significant and lasting differences in people's lives. This is an opportunity to be part of something meaningful, something transformative, something that can truly change lives.

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of the action, coordinating the daily operation of the service. You'll also serve as a Keyworker for a dedicated caseload, providing much-needed support in both hospital and community settings, including within people's homes.

We're looking for someone who has a passion for social justice and eager to make a positive impact in their community.
