• Supporting students with SEMH needs in class and through tailored interventions

• Working closely with teachers, SENCo, and pastoral leads to implement strategies
• Helping students build self-regulation, confidence, and learning independence
• Contributing to a positive and structured environment across the school
• Monitoring and recording progress to inform support plans
