PAY: Paid to Scale (ECT / MPS1-MPS4)
CONTRACT: Full Time & Permanent
WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday
START DATE: January 2026
LOCATION: Redbridge, East London
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary setting in Redbridge, East London, is seeking a Reception Teacher to join their EYFS team from January 2026. This is a full-time, permanent position, ideal for a strong ECT or an experienced teacher at MPS3-MPS4. The school offers excellent support, a collaborative environment, and a well-resourced Early Years setting.
About the role: Reception Teacher
Deliver creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate EYFS lessons
Plan and assess in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework
Create a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Work closely with EYFS colleagues, support staff, and parents
Track and monitor children's progress, ensuring high-quality provision
Maintain strong safeguarding practices at all times
Full-time & Permanent contract
January 2026 start
Primary school located in Redbridge, East London
The ideal candidate: Reception Teacher
QTS required - strong ECTs encouraged to apply
Teachers on MPS1-MPS4 also welcomed, ideally MPS3 or MPS4
Previous EYFS teaching experience (placements or post-qualification)
Strong understanding of child-centred learning and early childhood development
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about Early Years education
