We're working with one of the region's most established full-service firms, highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers for its commercial expertise and widely recognised in the region for its strength in intellectual property. This is a key strategic hire for their growing Commercial team, offering an exceptional mix of quality work and long-term career progression. The role will cover a wide variety of matters, including trademark prosecution, IP disputes, licensing, and commercial contracts (including IT, franchising, distribution, and services), among others. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise and support junior colleagues, contribute to business development, and work alongside leading partners in the field on rewarding high calibre matters.
