Key Responsibilities

• Employment related securities work
• Due Diligence reports supporting M&A activities
• Tax valuations
• Employment tax support for diverse clients

Candidate Requirements

• ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified
• Experience supporting a varied client base in UK practice
• Experience with equity, reward, or valuation projects
