What You'll Need Significant experience successfully leading large-scale, multi-stakeholder remediation or capital programmes, with accountability to senior or executive leadership. Strong understanding of fire safety, building safety regulation, and the delivery of compliant remediation projects. Proven ability to establish effective project controls, manage complex risks, and ensure a consistent Golden Thread of information.
