Excellent customer service experience is essential and experience with foreign currencies is desirable. Competencies Required Demonstrable superior customer service skills with the ability to coach others to adopt these principles. A good leader with a proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors. Numerate, with good business acumen and strong attention to detail. Comfortable communicating across all levels both within the business, and with external customers and suppliers. Must be flexible and have a can do attitude and approach.
