If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to lead our kitchen team in our lovely nursing home, Home Meadow, catering for 49 residents. Home Meadow provide residential and dementia care to people living within Cambridgeshire. We've got a great team of individuals here who treat residents as they would their own family.
