We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Retail Category Management and eCommerce expert to drive retail excellence, and champion our Adults audience on a Global stage. Be the thought leader who brings data-driven insight and bold ideas to the table and take our retail execution for Adult focussed products to the next commercial level.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home.

Core ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Global Channel Excellence Management team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping how the LEGO Group connects with its Adults audience across retail and eCommerce. This is a unique chance to set the ambition, craft the story, and drive execution that will transform one of our fastest-growing audiences. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
