Are you an accomplished Enterprise Architect ready to lead a major core insurance platform transformation for a global organization?

This is a high-impact Enterprise Architect role where you'll define and drive the architecture strategy for one of the industry's most significant modernization programs.

You'll take ownership of enterprise-level architecture design, ensuring technology strategy aligns seamlessly with business objectives. This role spans multi-year roadmaps, core insurance domains, and modern technology stacks, requiring a balance of strategic vision and hands on leadership.

Picture yourself influencing architecture decisions at the highest level, introducing cloud-native solutions, AI-driven capabilities, and advanced integration patterns. You'll bridge engineering and architecture teams, enforce standards and best practices, and ensure compliance with risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks. Your expertise will shape the future of insurance technology ecosystems.

• Extemsive experience in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally within insurance or financial services (10 years+)
• Proven leadership in core system transformations and architecture modernization
• Strong technical fluency across cloud, orchestration, integration, AI, and insurance platforms (PAS, CMS, Pricing)
• Solid experience in data domains (MDM, analytics, ML, pipelines)
• Deep understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to senior stakeholders
• Background in agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery
