Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within a theatre, hospitality or arts venue, or in event management. Strong understanding of theatre/leisure operations, including technical requirements a logistics and food and beverage activities. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Proven experience owning a payments product through its early stages - you've taken something from initial release to real commercial traction and can speak specifically about how you did it.
