A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a true culinary leader to oversee a new contract operations within a stunning venue. This is a perfect role for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef with experience in high volume catering, hospitality who is looking for an opportunity with a company who are at the top of their game, allows you to be creative and offers tailor made training & development.
The Role
This is a crucial role at this venue. You will be a creative culinary leader, introducing new, exciting menus that reflect current food trends and various nutritional concepts. You will have strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication and strategic planning. You will work closely with the kitchen management, ensuring consistent quality, profitability and guest satisfaction is always achieved.
The Ideal applicant
We are looking for a talented Head Chef or Sous Chef with culinary flair, someone with energy and personality, who can adapt to all areas of high-end venue, developing flexible menus. You will have fine dining, menu development, training and development, kitchen management and the desire to progress and grow with a fantastic company. You will be compliant with the necessary regulations, laws, nutrition, and due diligence. Accuracy with your costings is also essential.
