Job Overview:

As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' kitchens and contributing to our reputation for delivering top-notch service.

We provide flexibility within the role and are open to considering candidates with suitable experience for the position of a Commercial Catering Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, and repair a variety of commercial catering equipment.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, providing effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand their specific requirements and deliver customised solutions.
  • Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance tasks, and equipment specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Catering Engineer or a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial catering equipment.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in catering equipment engineering.
  • COMCATs (Essential) and Electrical Knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.
