The RoleWe are seeking to appoint a data analyst to work in our Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of university-wide change, supporting the identification of key change initiatives from early intervention through to implementation.
You will provide analysis and actionable insights to enable evidence-based decision-making and drive strategic improvements across the university. Your work will enhance student outcomes, operational efficiency, and institutional performance.
You will work closely with stakeholders, understanding their needs, building strong partnerships and adopting a collaborative approach to support successful change initiatives. You should have demonstrable experience of stakeholder management and excellent communications skills.
You should have a high level of proficiency utilising data visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python or R, but your role goes beyond producing data. You should also be able to confidently analyse, interpret and communicate complex data to key decision-makers.
This is a full time, fixed term position available for the duration of 2 years.
