Our Digital & Technology practice are looking for an experienced Senior Manager (Strategy) to join the team.

In our Digital and Technology (D&T) Strategy Practice we bring strategy to life, enabling our clients to unlock the true meaning of digital and the underlying technologies, allowing them to benefit from real innovative digital business models, helping them to be among the "first movers" and scale their digital ecosystem.

We are looking for more great people to join our Digital and Strategy practice; new colleagues with a passion for a high-performance culture, problem solving, enabling growth and delivering value through the use of technology to help CIOs deliver cost effective, positive and tailored user and customer experiences.

We need somebody who can support the growth of the D&T Technology strategy team and bring new capability especially in digital strategy, blending technology with customer experience and engagement.

You will be helping CIOs transform their organisations, deploy new business models, optimise their spend, source better and improve ways of working, comply with regulation and exploit new digital technologies such as XaaS, cloud, artificial intelligence or the internet of things.

As well as spending time with our client's senior business members to understand their strategy and technology concerns, you will be working with our subject matter experts across industry and technology sectors to ensure we bring our cutting edge thinking and expertise to our clients.

What you will be doing
  • Build digital and technology enabled strategies and roadmaps
  • Own technology-driven maturity assessments
  • Design end-to-end support for implementing digital solutions
  • Steer digital ecosystem supplier/partners design, engagement and procurement
  • Define customer experience goals
  • Create business cases aligned to digital initiatives with business objectives
  • Optimise digital and technology operating model assessments
  • Formulate project portfolio planning and related IT cost
  • Support M&A, post-merger integration (PMI) and separation activities
  • Measure, improve and deliver sustainable technology
Your skills and experience
  • A background in transformation programmes with the innovative use of technology such as Web3, IoT, cloud services, top MarTech Platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe), channel technology strategy or sustainable technology
  • Experience with organisation design, optimisation and organisational change programmes
  • Exposure to strategic-sourcing, outsourcing, offshoring and/or supplier optimisation
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to develop business cases
  • Awareness of business goals and how they can be enabled through technology and digital
  • Familiarity with transitioning from legacy end of life systems to modern, resilient frameworks and architectures
  • Hands on delivery focus as well as strategy
  • Growth driven mindset to help build trusted client relationships and develop new opportunities
  • Passionate about people and practice development
  • Experience in ITIL and SIAM is preferred
  • Skilled in M&A, PMI and separation activities, including technology due diligence is desirable
