For the successful Field Service Engineer, our client is offering: Salary £41,792 per annum (Depending on experience) Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM Permanent days Regular Overtime / payable Monday to Saturday X1.5 and Sunday X2. 45 hours per week Pay reviews 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company Van inclusive of personal use Paid from door to door Company Laptop and phone Company power tools Ongoing training and future development Death in service Company Pension Health Care Scheme The Role - Field Service Engineer: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer in Kent/South London to be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing third-party equipment. In this role, you will be providing a good level of customer service through product knowledge and customer interaction. Complete all service, repair, warranty, and inspection jobs allocated daily to a high-quality standard. Build strong rapport and relationships with customers through professional behaviour and a customer-focused mindset Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction Develop skills and knowledge of the organisation's products and service Comply with all Legal and company standards, such as the code of conduct and H&S practices. What our client is looking for in a Field Service Engineer: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualifications/time served (ESSENTIAL) Experienced multi-skilled engineering experience with heavy plant equipment and working with Hydraulic Systems (ESSENTIAL) Able to read and follow electrical wiring diagrams Must be happy to work from heights Fault find and diagnostics of CANBUS Systems, as well as electrical fault finding Good IT literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills.
