Paint Sprayer - Swindon
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer based in Swindon on a full-time permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in paint preparation, spraying and finishing, who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Shifts
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

Day-to-Day Duties
• Prepare all items for spraying to strict quality standards
• Accurately spray items in line with agreed colour samples and job paperwork
• Maintain a "Right First Time" approach in all finishing work
• Complete all allocated work daily in line with production requirements
• Carry out rectification or rework where required
• Work closely with the Spray Shop Team Leader to support efficient workflow
• Check colour accuracy and finish before passing items to the next stage
• Raise any issues affecting quality, colour match, or production flow
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in line with supplier guidelines
• Follow all Health & Safety policies and procedures
Essential Skills
• Experience as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Sprayer or similar finishing role
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Ability to follow colour samples, drawings and job specifications
• Reliable, hard-working and able to meet production deadlines
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Health & Safety aware with an organised working approach
