Chef de Partie Agency Work Excellent Pay: £18.00 £20.17 per hour (including holiday pay) Flexible Assignments Various Locations Immediate Starts Available We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our agency team. If you are confident running any section, enjoy working in different kitchens, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers excellent flexibility and great earning potential. Key Duties of a Chef de Partie: Running your own section efficiently during service Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to high standards Assisting with menu preparation and daily food production Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef as required Ensuring your section is fully cleaned, organised and stocked Training or supporting junior staff when needed Adapting quickly to new kitchen environments and teams Requirements Proven Chef de Partie experience is essential (agency background beneficial) Culinary qualification preferred, but time-served chefs also welcome Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate (valid) Own transport is essential due to multiple client locations and ad-hoc bookings DBS check desirable or willingness to apply (we can assist with the application) Strong organisation, consistency, and ability to work under pressure Reliability, professionalism, and flexibility What We Offer Excellent hourly rates: £18.00 £20.17 (including holiday pay) Weekly pay A wide variety of assignments across hotels, restaurants, events, schools, care settings and more Flexible work to suit your schedule Supportive and friendly agency team If youre an experienced Chef de Partie looking for flexible, well-paid work across varied kitchens, we want to hear from you!
