Deliver staff training on food safety and quality procedures. Investigate customer complaints and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. What We're Looking For A degree or HND in Food Science or a related discipline is desired. Formal HACCP training and a minimum of 2 years' technical experience, ideally within food or oil packing.
