Key Responsibilities
- Identify & evaluate opportunities aligned with Deloitte's professional services GTM objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize mutual value and drive joint business outcomes.
- Lead and support the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, campaigns, and sales plays with ProServe.
- Facilitate collaborative sales efforts, including joint account planning, pipeline development, and opportunity management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across ProServe and Deloitte service lines.
- Design and deliver enablement programmes, training, and resources for Deloitte's professional services teams.
- Create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and messaging that articulate the joint AWS value proposition.
- Gather market intelligence and partner feedback to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Increase internal/external awareness of professional services offerings through targeted communication strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, GTM effectiveness, and revenue generation against KPIs.
Qualifications
- Experience in alliance management, business development, GTM strategy, or sales enablement in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of Go To Market strategies in a complex, client facing organization.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, results oriented approach.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM planning tools.
Hybrid Working
You'll be based in London with hybrid working. Work flexibly across local office, virtual collaboration spaces, client sites, and remotely, as the role requires.
