Solicitor - Infrastructure Projects (NQ+)
Location: Edinburgh
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a leading Infrastructure Projects team. This role offers exposure to complex and high-value projects across sectors such as healthcare, education, waste, streetlighting, and energy. You will work with public sector bodies, funders, and private sector clients, advising on projects from inception through to operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts for design, build, and maintenance of infrastructure projects (e.g., DBFM Agreements, Construction Contracts, FM Agreements, Collateral Warranties, Direct Agreements).
- Advise on procurement, contract interpretation, and operational variations.
- Conduct due diligence and support project delivery.
Candidate Profile:
- NQ or up to 4 years' PQE.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage workload effectively.
