Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine/Coastal Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management of civil infrastructure projects. Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Structural Engineering, or a related field. Chartered or near Chartered status with EI, ICE, CIWEM, or equivalent professional organisations. Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is strongly preferred.
