Key Duties & Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on commercial heating systems Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdowns Diagnose and repair faults on boilers, burners, heating systems and associated plant Complete gas safety checks, testing and certification Support with general building services tasks such as basic plumbing, AHUs, pumps, and mechanical maintenance Ensure all work is delivered safely and in line with regulations Maintain accurate paperwork, job reports and compliance documentation Manage and prioritise your own workload across multiple sites Provide excellent customer service and build strong on-site relationships Package & Benefits: Up to 55k basic salary Call out 1 in 6 Company van & fuel card Expenses card Requirements: Full commercial gas qualifications (COCN1/COCNA1/CCN1 + modules) Proven experience within commercial maintenance Strong fault-finding skills Full UK driving licence Comfortable working independently If the role is of interest please send your CV in the first instance.
