Job Description:

• Support Worker Young Adults Residential Care
• Location - DE1, Derby
• Hours - Full time 37hrs per week
• Wake Night contracts available

About the Role

You will be working in one of our Young AdultsResidential Care homesin a warm, supportive environment, caring for Young Adults from the age of 18 - 65, with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and enjoy fulfilling lives.

Shift Details:

• Wake Nights
• Includes alternate weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person
• Empower young adults to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence
• Serve as a positive role model
• Promote equality and diversity
• Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met

Qualifications & Experience

• Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
• Experience with children or Adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs and related behavioural challenges.
