- Hours - Full time 37hrs per week
- Wake Night contracts available

About the Role
You will be working in one of our Young AdultsResidential Care homesin a warm, supportive environment, caring for Young Adults from the age of 18 - 65, with learning disabilities, Autism, ADHD, and other complex needs. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing space for children to learn, grow, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Shift Details:
- Wake Nights
- Includes alternate weekend shifts
Responsibilities:
- Provide a caring, consistent home environment for each young person
- Empower young adults to achieve goals, build confidence, and develop independence
- Serve as a positive role model
- Promote equality and diversity
- Ensure all health, educational, and care needs are met
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
- Experience with children or Adults with moderate to severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, Autism, ADHD, complex needs and related behavioural challenges.
