Logistics Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our AMT team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Monday to Friday plus one in three weekends (paid as overtime) you will;

• Support day-to-day logistics and administrative activities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and transport partners
• Maintain accurate records and produce reports using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Work within D365, ensuring information is uploaded and updated accurately
• Capture manifests via email, updating and converting them using Excel tools
• Organise and save manifest files by month, category, supplier, and vessel
• Assist with problem solving and contribute to efficient delivery of goods and information

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a busy environment with shifting priorities
• Confident using MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly
• Clear communicator and team player with a proactive approach
• Experience in logistics is advantageous, though not essential

AMK FRESH services is a facility built specifically in Peterborough, UK, serving as a sister company to AMT FRESH providing a one stop solution for packing and supplying fresh produce for retailers.

Working collaboratively with Tesco and the growers across all categories, AMT provides end to end supply services to retailers, including all technical and due diligence management, quality management, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain, operations and packing, category management, consumer engagement, and insight.

Our core objective is to provide high quality products, consistently to Tesco customers.
