The Role:
- Dealing with clients and other visitors to the office
- Switchboard -answering all incoming calls
- Maintaining the reception area & booking interview rooms
- General administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Client/Customer facing experience preferred but not essential
- Professional & personable
