Intermission Youth is a vibrant East London theatre and arts charity that transforms the lives of young people by helping them make positive choices and reach their full potential through drama, theatre and film.
Working with diverse young people aged , we combine bold artistic programming with practical training and community projects to build confidence, skills and pathways into creative and civic life. About the role
The Development Manager is a senior, hands-on role reporting to the Executive Director and line-managing a Fundraising and Social Media Assistant.
You will design and deliver a multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy that secures the income needed to sustain and grow our programmes, strengthen our brand and deepen stakeholder relationships.
