Build brand relationships through effective communication and professionalism. Manage reporting tasks including sales, revenue and performance commentary for internal and external use. Work with internal Finance and Marketing teams to ensure media budgets are used effectively, tracking closed revenue where relevant. Participate in the creation of pitch decks and sales collateral, tailored to brand-specific needs. Stay up to date with media trends and platform innovation, contributing new ideas to team best practices. What skills and experience do I need for this role? Prior experience in a retail, media or commercial role, preferably in a digital environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external relationships. Numerical confidence and attention to detail, especially in handling budgets and media performance data. Familiarity with digital marketing formats (e.g. display, paid social, PPC) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. GA, Looker) is a plus. A self-starter mindset with curiosity and enthusiasm to develop retail media knowledge.
