What you'll be doing Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes. Working with locally sourced produce to ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest. Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards. Bringing enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "can-do" attitude to a fast-paced environment. What we're looking for Previous experience working in a busy kitchen (minimum 1 year preferred). Knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients. A commitment to teamwork, consistency, and high standards. Food hygiene awareness or relevant certification (preferred but not essential).
