The work will include tasks such as grit blasting, material mixing, assisting sprayers, and general site duties. While training will be provided, prior experience in blasting or spraying is advantageous. This role requires a hands-on approach to hard physical work in confined or industrial environments, where full PPE will be necessary. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and willing to acquire specialist skills. The ability to work away from home for extended periods is also essential. There are multiple projects the team will move onto after this, so if the successful operative fits in well, there will be years of work available.
